These cheerful yoga moves expansion cards with tickle animals are available in various versions to offer as a movement game or as a corner enrichment in the movement corner.

Variant 1: Double and move. Use a die with slots. Choose 6 fun yoga cards and slide the square cards into the slots. Take turns rolling the die and try to imitate the yoga pose just like the tickle animal, either alone or together as a group. Who can perform it the best?

Variant 2: Grab a card: Draw a small card from the hand, pouch, or make a stack and turn over the top card. (Also fits in an in-between cabinet). Try to imitate the yoga movement as exactly as possible like the animal; if you succeed, you may keep the card, otherwise put it back at the bottom of the stack. Continue until the stack is finished. You can also use the large cards in A5 size for this. Or hang them out in the movement corner for free choice. Fit and healthy with this cheerful spring tickle yoga.

Variant 3: Spinning wheel: Spin the wheel and pay close attention to this yoga exercise. Try to perform it as accurately as possible. Also suitable for independent practice. You will receive both the version with children in motion and the animals.

Variant 4: Double series: Roll a large die, find on the poster the die with the same number of dots. Which yoga movement sequence are the children performing? Can you also imitate this sequence of yoga movements one after the other like the little tickly animals?
