Refund policy
1. General
We strive for satisfied customers and handle every order with the utmost care. This return and refund policy describes the conditions for returning products and obtaining a refund for purchases made through our webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
2. Digital products and downloads
Our digital products include, among others, downloadable files, teaching materials, printables, game bundles, documents, and other digital content.
No right of withdrawal after delivery
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Economic Law Code, the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expires as soon as:
- the delivery of the digital content has begun;
- you have explicitly agreed in advance to immediate delivery;
- and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Since our digital products are made available for download immediately after purchase, these products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
A refund can only be considered when:
- the delivered product significantly deviates from the description on our website;
- there is a double payment.
In such cases, we ask you to contact us within 14 days using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
3. Physical products
For physical products, you have the legal right to withdraw your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
- Be unused;
- Be in original condition;
- Be complete;
- If possible, products should be returned in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge for depreciation if the product has been used beyond what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return Procedure
Please contact us via our contact details before returning a product.
After approval, you will receive return instructions.
The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
5. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos if possible.
In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund.
