Game rules

You will receive this cheerful yoga moves expansion cards with autumn animals and objects in various variants to offer as a movement game or as a corner enrichment in the movement corner.

Variant 1: Roll and move. Use a dice with insert slots. Choose 6 fun yoga cards and slide the square cards into the slots. Each takes turns rolling and tries to imitate this yoga movement just like the autumn animal or object alone or together as a group. Who can perform this best?

Variant 2: Grab a card: Draw a small card from the hand, sensory bag, or make a stack and flip open the top card. (Also fits in an in-between cabinet). Try to imitate the yoga movement as exactly as possible like the animal or object; if you succeed, you may keep the card, otherwise put it back at the bottom of the stack. Continue until the stack is finished. You can also use the large A5 cards for this. Or hang them out in the movement corner for free choice. Fit and healthy with this cheerful autumn yoga.

Variant 3: Spin wheel: Spin the wheel and look closely at this yoga exercise. Try to perform it as accurately as possible. Also suitable for independent use. You will receive both the version with children in motion and the animals or objects.

Variant 4: Roll sequence: Roll with a large dice, find on the poster the dice with the same number of dots. Which yoga movement sequence do the children perform? Can you also imitate this sequence of yoga movements one after another?
