You can play this game with 2-4 toddlers. Choose a Lotto card and take the corresponding snowflake chips of your color. Spin the wheel. Look and compare the shadow. Do you have the same winter object on your card that matches the shadow? If so, you can place a snowflake token of your color on it. If not, your turn is over. Card full? Congratulations, you are ready for winter! BRRRRRRRAVO!
