Exercise is healthy! There are many different sports where your body makes different movements. This file can be offered as a daily exercise activity in the classroom during reception, for example. Or in groups as free corner enrichment in the exercise corner/sports corner. Choose which sport cards or strips you want to use. You can choose from: loose round chips to attach to a spinning wheel, strips or square cards. Spin the wheel full of sports or pull a card/strip from a tactile bag or stack. Look carefully, which sport is on it and what movements do you make during this sport? Everyone imitate this sport movement. For example: running motion like a runner, up and down like horse riding, swinging motion like golfing, pirouette like in ballet etc...
TIP: You can also print the square cards twice and use them as a souvenir.
