Shoe Full of Sweets

This game can be played with 2-7. Each player chooses a color shoe with laces or stickers. Agree in advance whether you will play with cards up to 6 or up to 10 cookies. Take the counting card in your color and place it next to your shoe. Put all Karolientjes (Nic-Nac cookies with sugar) in a burlap bag. Take it in turns to grab a cookie from the bag. Look closely at the color. Now look at your counting card, do you need this color? How much do you need? Place the cookie on your shoe. If you need more than 1, you have to save, each turn you can only place 1 cookie on the shoe. Who will be the first to fill the shoe with 6 or 10 correct cookies? That's the winner of the game! You can also offer this independently as a counting exercise.

You will also receive a version of dice cards. Here you each take turns with a die and read on your color card which color cookie you can take and place in the shoe. The first person to collect all 3 colored cookies in the shoe is the winner!

You will also receive extra pattern cards of 2, 3 and 4 in series. You can let the toddlers make patterns independently with the cookies.
