This game can be played with 2-4. Choose a police card each. Take turns spinning the wheel. What does it say? Listen to the ending sound of the word. What is on your police card? Can you find something on your card that rhymes with the word 'wheel'? If so, you may place a handcuff card on it (cover it). You've already found it. The rhyming words are: cows - handcuffs, camp - flashlight, mouth - dog, roof - matrak, woof - crook, jacket - magnifying glass, net - cap, violin - gun. Whoever is the first to have his/her police card full of handcuffs, wow what would the police do with such a rhyming champion!
