Petes Yoga
Rules of the game
You will receive these cheerful Petes yoga cards in various variants to offer as an exercise game or as corner enrichment in the exercise corner.
Variant 1: Dice and move. Use a dice with slots. Choose 6 nice yoga Petes and slide the square cards into the boxes. Everyone take turns and try to imitate Pete's yoga movement alone or together as a group.
Variant 2: Grab a card: Pull a small card from your hand, feel the bag or make a stack and turn the top card face up. (Also fits in an intermediate cupboard). Try to imitate the yoga movement as exactly as possible. If you succeed, you can keep the card, otherwise it will be put back at the bottom of the pile. Continue until the pile is gone. You can also use the large A5 cards for this. Or hang it out in the exercise corner for free choice. Fit and healthy with the sporty Pieten toddler yoga!
Variant 3: Spinning wheel: Turn the wheel and look closely at this yoga exercise. Try to do this as accurately as possible. Can also be offered independently.
Variant 4: Dice series: Dice with a die, look for the die with the same number of dots on the poster. Which yoga movement series do the sport Piets perform? Can you also imitate this series of yoga movements one after the other? Or use the series of strip cards without dice.
