Game rules
This game can be played with 2-8. Each child chooses a color lotto umbrella card. Take turns spinning the wheel and looking carefully. Do you have an umbrella with the same pattern on your card? If so, you can put a rain card on it. If not, your turn is over. Be the first to fill your map completely with rain and cover all umbrellas! Then you are the winner! Ready for the fall weather! Splashed Spat, don't make me wet!
