Short content
This material can be offered as an enrichment in the research area. Place a basket with various Easter eggs in size, colors, materials. Don't forget to add real eggs as an extra experience. Also offer the preschoolers egg cups, linking cubes, and magnifying glasses. Have them independently discover the characteristics of the Easter eggs by using the research sheets. Laminate and fill in with whiteboard markers, so you can always reuse the sheets. Or put the sheet in a U-folder. Place the Easter egg you want to research in an egg cup on the space of the research sheet. Look, count, research, measure, mark and learn about the characteristics of the Easter eggs. With this research sheet we look at the colours, size, chocolate flavours, packaging and the shapes or patterns. Get interactive by measuring the size of the egg with Linking Cubes, count and color the number. Or Dice, count and place the correct number of eggs in an Easter basket.
