Tickle Animal Research

This material can be offered as enrichment in the research corner. Hang up the poster and offer the preschoolers tweezers, insect pots, plastic bugs and magnifying glasses. Let them independently discover the characteristics by using the research sheets. Laminate and fill in with whiteboard markers, so you can always reuse the sheets. Indicate which ticklish animal you are going to research. Look and count the antennae, bodies, wings, colors and legs. You can also use this when researching real ticklish animals after a scavenger hunt in nature.
