Icebreaker Board Game

This game can be played with 2-8 players. Each player chooses a color classmate card as a pawn. Everyone starts at the start square on the game board. Each takes turns rolling the dice and moves their classmate from pencil to pencil. On which pencil color does your classmate stop? Take a pencil of that color and collect it in a separate container. If you land on the white square on the dice, you may roll again. Who reaches the end fastest? And who is the classmate who has collected the most pencils?

You can play this game without task cards or with them, as an extra fun challenge to get to know your classmates better. Each pencil color represents a getting-to-know action, e.g., telling, searching, listening, moving, crafting, playing, guessing, etc...

Tip

Instead of our 2D pencils, you can also use concrete colored pencils (like Woody’s) if desired. If you don't have pawn feet, you can attach the cards to, for example: Duplo/Lego, wooden blocks, or you can play with other board game pawns. The choice is yours.

Our recommendation is for the oldest preschoolers! Depending on your class group, you decide whether this bundle is feasible or not.
