The Beach Vacation

This game can be played with 2-8 players. We are going on vacation or a trip to the beach. Put all loose beach items in a feel bag or (e.g., a beach bucket). Each player chooses a color beach guest example card and the large beach with sea card. Each player takes turns grabbing 1 item from a bag or bucket. Name the item if you already know it. For example: bucket, shovel, cabin, sunglasses, cap, etc. Look carefully at your example card with the child as a beach guest. Does this child have this item to take to the beach or not? If yes, you may place this item on the large card in the same line and position in the row as on the small example card. We will try to collect the correct items in pairs according to the pattern. If you don't need this, put the item back in the bag or bucket. Unfortunately, you cannot do anything this turn. Continue until a player has collected all the items completely as on the example card. You are all set for a visit to the beach and the sea.

Tip

You can also play this with a spinning wheel instead of a feel bag. Then attach one piece of each beach item to the spinning wheel and start playing.

The youngest preschoolers are our recommendation! Depending on your class group, you decide whether this bundle is feasible or not.
