The Most Beautiful Fish
Rules of the game
This game can be played as a guided game or offered as an independent activity in 3 variants. As a game, each player chooses a color of fish. Each player takes turns with the dice color. The player with the fish of the color on the die may place a scale on their own fish. The first player to return all the scales to his fish wins. You can use our scales or work with colored semi-circle blocks. (You will also receive an A4 with blank scales, which you can print or stick on glossy cardboard). This way you can make the last scale a shiny scale. Now your fish is the most beautiful in the sea.
Variant 1: Counting. Count the number of balls, fingers or read the number. Take the same number of scales of the correct color and place them on your fish.
Variant 2: Roll the dice. Dice, count and look at the card. What color scale can you get? Place that color scale on your fish. If you roll a 6, there will be a rainbow. This means that you can choose a color yourself. Continue until your fish is full of beautiful scales. You may only place a scale of the same color a maximum of twice.
Variant 3: Assignment. Grab a scale from a feeler bag or die with a colored die. Look at your sample card, does your fish need this color of scale? Try to copy the fish from the assignment card to your big fish.
