The Carousel
Game rules
This game can be played with 4-6. Make pre-shuffled piles of the merry-go-round cards and place them face down on the table in a circle. Place a floss in the center of the circle. If you play with 4 players you make 4 piles of 12, if you play with 6 players you make 6 piles of 6 cards each. Each in turn, you turn over the top card of the pile in front of you. If a card suddenly appears with a merry-go-round horse and there is already a card face up that is exactly the same, you quickly grab the floss! Everyone watches and can respond. Whoever gets the floss first gets to keep this horse match. Keep them separate with you. If the last card of the merry-go-round circle is turned over and there is no matching card face up, all top cards go back to the bottom of the next pile (you move one pile). If two cards are gone, it is the next turn to reveal the top card of 1 of these piles. The floss is returned to the circle each round. Continue until all piles are used up. Now count which player has collected the most cards? That's the winner of the merry-go-round game!
