Move Your Body

Moving your whole body is healthy! This file can be offered as a daily exercise activity in the classroom during reception, for example. Or in groups as free corner enrichment in the movement corner. Choose which body part cards or strips you want to use. You can choose from: loose round chips to attach to a spinning wheel, strips or square cards. Spin the wheel full of body parts or pull a card/strip from a feeler bag or stack. Look carefully, which part of the body is shown on it and how can you move with it? Everyone imitate this movement with the correct body part. For example: Shaking your poop, stomping your feet, waving your arms, clapping your hands, blinking your eyes, turning your head, shaking your hair, etc... You will also receive lotto cards, which you can use as a game to stake. Spin the wheel or pull a card from the bag and find the same body part on your lotto card. If you have the same one on your card, you must first perform a movement with this body part! Only then can you cover it on your card. The first person to have a full card is the winner! You are fit and healthy!

TIP: You can use various materials as a covering material for the lotto cards, such as: bottle caps, wooden blocks, domino stones, duplo blocks, etc.
