Game rules
This game can be played with 2-6. Each child chooses a pirate pawn, a parchment strip and a legend scroll. Everyone start on the pirate ship. We go on a treasure hunt, we try to collect all pirate objects on our strip. If you come across an object that is also on your strip, take the token and place it on it. Each circle with a dotted line around it has an action (check the legend): parrot & binoculars = steps forward, cannon & shark or octopus = steps back, anchor = skip turn, compass = extra dice turn, rudder = change places (decide with the color dice), swords = dueling (first decide with the color dice, then both roll the dice, the highest roll may advance that number of steps). If you come to a gangplank, you must cross it! Follow the direction of the arrow. If the arrow is pointed towards you, you should not cross the plank, but if the arrow is pointing away from you, you should! Try to reach the treasure chest first, BUT the treasure is not yours until you have collected all the items on your strip. Do you arrive at the box (end) with a full strip?
